I know that looks a little scary- the table & chairs in front of the fire place? I wasn't kidding when I said we have a small house- that means it has to multitask... and we live in southeast Texas & have two small children, so I can't remember the last time we had a real fire in our fireplace. Plus, its the perfect place to have a snack while you watch Mickey Mouse Clubhouse! :)
Thanks for stopping by! Want to see other rooms in my house?
Click here for my son Charlie's nursery, here for his big boy room, and here for Norah's nursery. Next up on the house tour will be the kitchen/dining areas!

I'm loving this house tour! I've never seen your house and it's so beautiful. I love the hardwood floors.
I love your living room! The Bible verse on the chalkboard is such a neat touch! You did a great job with your mantel. :) Visiting from The Nester's party. Hope you'll stop by my blog to say hi. :)
your house looks charming, and i love the colors you used in that bedroom. looks like a gray/blue.
I love the mantle set up and the floors are so amazing! I still cant wait to change ours. Your style has given me so many ideas for my own redecorating;)
i love your style and creativity!
Hi Bethany...I'm not finding your blog through The Nesters...I actually read your blog way back when, and then was a bit concerned when you stopped blogging. I'm so glad you are back. I am "in real life friends" with Britt Pierse, who is friends with Amanda Lawrence, where I've read Lacey Morgan's site..and found yours....(I'm really not a stalker..I just love to read about families with kids in and around the ages of mine...almost 7, 3 1/2 and almost 2) Anyway, I love that you are opening your home up to us...it's so fun to see how others decorate. I've been dying to ask you...where did you get the paper lanterns in your daughter's nursery???? And, how did you secure them to the ceiling? I really want to do that for my son's room and our playroom, but haven't been able to find anything but the "normal" paper lanterns..I love the fluffy ones. Anyway, sorry for the long note.
BTW---Congrats on your 2nd baby...Charlie and Norah look so much alike...adorable.
What a pretty home. I love your chalkboard frame with the verse.
